Mahogany Wood transformation

Santa's elves have a surplus of mahogany wood left over from toy production, and they'd be willing to trade it for some exotic wood. In exchange for exotic wood and some presents, you'll get your hands on some shiny new mahogany wood. And before you ask, yes, the elves COULD just transform some exotic wood themselves. But then the unused wood would go to waste, and the elves don't want that. Effect: Use on the mayor's house to get {0} {1,RES}.
