Ritual Offering: Wind

An offering for an ancient ritual. Use on the Altar of Wind to protect your army from arrows with a barrier of wind. Makes enemy dune marksmen, desert marksmen and mounted bowmen always deal minimum damage for the duration of the adventure. This is a venture buff that's only usable in a certain venture. It will be deleted when the venture is no longer active.
